Midwest New Mexico

Headed into the White Mountains of Arizona, we passed through parts of New Mexico on Route 60. These photos are from a few stops that were made along the way. The satellite dishes are located at the VLA, Very Large Array just west of Magdalena, NM. Scenes from the Jody Foster movie Contact, were shot here. The old truck, windmills and antiques were located at a windmill museum and exhibit in Socorro, NM.
